Is there on the street parking?

No. There is limited self parking onsite. There is also limited valet parking. Self parking is also available a block away in a parking structure.

Is there free wifi or you have to pay a fee?

Free when check in.

Is there a whirlpool

Yes there is.

Do you take dogs. I have a 10 pound Chihuahua mix. If, not, is there a kennel near by?

No pets at this resort...

Do you have a shuttle from the Reno airport

Not that I'm aware of. Reno is about 1/2hr drive to resort.
